1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Musiwallet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into binding contracts. Some jurisdictions restrict the trading of digital assets — you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
3. Artist Tokens & Trading
Artist tokens represent fractional, blockchain-recorded interests associated with an artist's brand and revenue streams. Token prices are set by market activity and may be highly volatile. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Investor Disclosures & Risk
Trading artist tokens involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Tokens are illiquid, speculative, and not insured by any governmental agency. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
5. Fees
The Platform charges trading, transfer, and withdrawal fees as described on the Platform Fees page. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. A portion of fees supports the community treasury and artist rewards pool.
6. No Investment Advice
Musiwallet does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
7. Wallet & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys. Musiwallet is non-custodial for on-chain assets and is not liable for losses from compromised credentials or phishing.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not manipulate markets, use the Platform for unlawful activity, attempt to access accounts other than your own, or use automated systems in a way that degrades Platform performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musiwallet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the News Feed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
