Minimal Data
Only what's needed
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Platform: your email, account preferences, wallet addresses you connect, and your trading activity. We do not request or store your private keys or seed phrases.
2. Wallet Connection Information
When you connect a wallet via MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or another EIP-1193 provider, we receive only your public wallet address and requested permissions. Connection is read-only; we cannot initiate transactions or move funds on your behalf.
3. How We Protect Your Data
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under strict access controls.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or full KYC documents unless you explicitly submit them through the KYC Verification flow. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools to understand platform usage and improve the product. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing core functionality.
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on audited infrastructure providers for node access, price feeds, and wallet connectivity. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the data strictly necessary for the service to function.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our privacy team. You may disconnect your wallet at any time, which removes live access to your address.
8. Data Retention
We retain transaction records for as long as required by law and to maintain ledger integrity. Non-essential account data is deleted upon account closure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the News Feed. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
